Customer Service Done Properly

Attempted LogisticsThe Continuing Ineptness of I-ParcelHow I-Parcel Managed To See The Future (Or Lie)The End Of the I-Parcel Affair – The Saga of UPS and i-Parcel Continues – Customer Service Done Properly

After half a year of atrocious customer service from UPC i-Parcel, I finally got around to notifying Amazon of the bad performance by their shipping subcontractor. Not just because of my own personal experience, but also because I saw my experience reflected in hundreds of TrustPilot reviews of i-Parcel.

And Amazon put i-Parcel to shame by responding the way customer service is supposed to respond: they apologized profusely, taking responsibility even though it wasn’t their fault, and sent me a $10 gift certificate in compensation.

THAT’S HOW IT’S DONE, I-PARCEL!

  1. Currently going through the same kind of grueling nightmare with I-Parcel; thankfully, Amazon waswith me right from the start and yes, even though they still fed me quite a lot of canned responses, they were at least nice enough to refund me 10% of my order and give me 5 GBP of store credit. Although I’d still rather have my package…
